We’re proud to be launching Steven Edwards at Bingham Riverhouse on Thursday 5th March. 

Former Masterchef: The Professionals winner and founder/chef of etch., Steven joins the Riverhouse restaurant team and will design new seasonal a la carte lunch and dinner menus. He’s well known for ingredient inspiration, dish innovation and some eye-popping presentation. (Think we need a sentence about the vibe and atmosphere of the Riverhouse – local eatery, relaxed fine dining ….. perfect for special occasions and other everyday foodie encounters?)

Erick, our General Manager first worked with him ten years ago and has often found ways for Steven to pop-up at the Bingham as a guest chef over the years. 

We’re really looking forward to Steven’s fresh take on all things food.
