Join us for a day of exploration as we uncover the profound connection between what we eat and how we feel. Led by Hay House author and holistic wellness expert, Cara Wheatley-McGrain, The Mindful Gut.

This 2/3's of a day retreat returns by popular demand to support you to slow into rest and digest this Autumn. Learn practical tips and techniques for incorporating sustainable, seasonal mood-boosting ingredients into your daily meals, as well as wellness tools with Sama Trinder, bhuti founder, yoga teacher and energy healer to promote relaxation and improve digestion.

The half day retreat will consist of-
10:30am: Arrival
10.45am: Welcoming with mindful movement that rests and restores your nervous system as we slow into Autumn.
11.15am: Hydrating herbal blends. Discover the power of polyphenol rich drinks that care for your gorgeous gut garden.
12.15pm: Warming seasonal gut-loving-lunch on the terrace. Exploring the special relationship between our Food & Mood!
1.15pm: Rest & digest breathwork session with Sama
2.30pm: Space for reflection Fire ceremony with tea bar and bhuti balls
