AYỌ Collective X Bingham Riverhouse

Sunday 8th October | 7-10pm

Join us for an extraordinary culinary experience this Black History Month with none other than Masterchef The Professionals and former Bingham Riverhouse chef, Victor Okunowo, for an exclusive AYỌ Collective supper club.

AYỌ Collective, a London-based Pan-African gastronomic hub, is dedicated to unveiling the rich tapestry of Pan-African gastro-culture to a broader audience. Our mission goes beyond the plate – we invite you to become champions of cultural exploration as you delve into the unique nuances that London has to offer.

The evening will commence with a warm welcome reception, including a bespoke cocktail on arrival, followed by an 8-course tasting menu, curated by Victor Okunowo and Angelo Gonzalez. Angelo is a Colombian-born chef who began his career at Jamie Oliver's 'Fifteen' and went on to open Akoko restaurant. The menu will be accompanied by wine pairings thoughtfully selected by the award-winning sommelier Henna Zinzuwadia.

AYỌ Is an experience-based collective offering a chef’s table supper club, wine club and other culinary experiences. AYỌ delivers unique immersive affairs with an emphasis on multiculturalism; showcasing culinary links between Africa and the global diaspora and highlighting thought-provoking wines with a story to tell. ‘AYỌ’ - meaning ‘joy’ in the Yoruba language - pays homage to it’s Nigerian roots and the pursuit of celebrating African culture and heritage through innovative food and wine.

Don't miss this very special opportunity to celebrate diverse cultures and traditions through innovative food and wine.

Tables will be available for 2-8 people.
