A transformative evening with IO Project - in celebration of the Winter Solstice.

For thousands of years, since Neolithic times, the Solstice has been celebrated as a potent turning point - the moment when the longest night gives way, to the returning light. A time of death and rebirth, as the sun begins its ascent once more.

Even in the deepest dark of winter, we gather to kindle candles and fire, to spark the light within. Through ceremony, sound and movement, we celebrate the eternal cycles of life - endings, beginnings, and all the mystery in between. A threshold of transition, renewal, balance and awakening, this three-hour immersive twilight retreat offers a space to reconnect, release, and realign with the natural rhythms of the season.

Guided by Sama “Joyraiser” (Multidisciplinary Wellbeing Practitioner) and DJ Goldierocks (Sound Healer) of The IO Project.
The IO Project weaves ancient healing practices with a contemporary, accessible approach - bringing meaningful ritual into the fast-paced modern world. Through movement, breath, sound, and deep rest, this experience invites you to return to your natural rhythm and cultivate inner harmony.

Ceremonial Cacao & Intention Meditation - A guided meditation supported by heart-opening cacao.
Sacred Somatic Dance - A dynamic exploration of breath, movement, energy and dance - releasing stagnation and igniting the fire within.
The IO Project Sound Journey - A carefully curated fusion of soundscapes, music and vibrational healing to soothe the nervous system and gently integrate the evening’s experience.
