Step into the world of Whisky & Wild, an immersive, interactive experience celebrating the stories behind exceptional whiskies and the wild landscapes that inspire them. Each month, guests enjoy a guided tasting led by whiskey enthusiast Mike Payne, exploring one featured small-batch whisky. Complemented by wild-inspired canapés from Vanessa, the session combines tasting, storytelling and education.
Chef Vanessa brings her passion for wild food to life with canapés crafted to complement the whisky. Featuring venison, wild and foraged seasonal ingredients, her creations celebrate the spirit of the wild highlands - echoing the rich, untamed character of the whisky.
Guests receive notepads to capture their tasting notes, discover subtle food pairings, and have the opportunity to invest in casks or purchase the featured bottle.
With a focus on responsible hunting, foraging, and sustainability, Whisky & Wild blends adventure, culture, and taste - creating a unique journey for members and guests alike.
