TiPJAR, an award winning fintech helping tipped workers globally get their tips faster and with full transparency in a world where cash is disappearing. Prior to this, Ben co-founded an executive coaching & development consultancy to global brands like Lloyds Bank, BP and Deutsche Bank, and was GM of a major film extras agency casting films like Shaun of the Dead, Gladiator and Harry Potter.

Ben has also been a bartender and was very nearly a professional actor. Fuelled by his passion for entrepreneurship, Ben hosts the #founderhacks podcast, has worked with the London Interdisciplinary School on professional development programmes, and facilitates retreats and learning for people who create and lead businesses.
