Opening Cacao Meditation - Circle sharing, guided inner work, journaling to tap into our subconscious and unconscious.
Somatic Dance - A dynamic session incorporating breathwork, energy work and movement to shake off whats been weighing us down, and connect us back with our essence.
Sound Activation Journey - A sonic soundscape.
