Transformational Visibility with Jessica Huie
A monthly container for coaches and consultants to support them in using visibility as a vehicle for greater impact!
Transformational Visibility is an invitation to move from performance to expression. To shift from a narrow focus on our own coaching practise, to a wider awareness of our interconnectedness and role within the collective bigger picture. To gently reassess what success means.
From forcing visibility to allowing it. From strategy alone to alignment, truth, community and service. This is a process of releasing the internal barriers that limit how fully we show up, so our gifts can move through us with greater freedom, and authenticity.
Visibility here is not about being louder, but about being truer - whatever that means for us.
Guided by Jessica Huie MBE, you’ll join a community of coaches and consultants who are expanding their reach in the world while deepening their relationship with themselves and their purpose.
Join us for in-person gatherings held here at The Riverhouse, quietly nestled beside the river - offering a natural rhythm of reflection and connection that supports the work.
A four-hour session (1pm–5pm) offering reflection, dialogue, embodied visibility practice, and influential guests from media and corporate spaces for shared learning and opportunity.
This is a space for those who sense they are a conduit for something greater and are ready to honour that calling.
This is not a programme designed to deliver outcomes on a timeline, but a space for deep alignment, clarity, and emergence. Here purpose is not an agenda, but a revelation.
Transformational Visibility is offered through two participation pathways, allowing you to choose what best supports you at this stage.

About Jessica Huie MBE For over twenty years, Jessica has worked at the intersection of visibility, voice, and impact, supporting individuals, organisations, and movements to be seen with clarity and integrity. Her work has included collaborations with globally recognised figures such as Samuel L. Jackson, Kelly Rowland, Simon Cowell, Hilary Devey, Meghan Markle, alongside founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders operating at scale. She continues to work privately with high-profile and established leaders, while also holding spaces designed for wider collective engagement - grounded in the belief that the deeper work of visibility is not reserved for the already visible, but belongs to us all. Jessica’s professional path spans entrepreneurship, publishing, social impact, and advisory work. She has delivered talks, workshops, and storytelling activations with organisations including Bloomberg, EY, Google, Grant Thornton, Credit Suisse, Soho House, and the Higher Education Women of Colour Network, creating environments where diverse voices are not only encouraged, but genuinely heard. |
