Tuesday 2nd June | 6.30pm - 7.30pm
In this immersive workshop, Nadia and Katia will guide you through the power of the nervous system and how small, intentional “glimmers” can shift your emotional state and support wellbeing in everyday life.
Blending gentle movement, breathwork, body scanning and guided reflection, this session offers a grounding and restorative experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and build simple, practical tools for emotional regulation and self-care.
The evening will also include a short talk on the inspiration behind the book, followed by an open Q&A with Nadia and Katia.
