Geoffrey Williams is a Cultural Strategist, storyteller, and inclusion leader whose impact spans global business, fashion, the arts, and social innovation. With over 25 years of experience, Geoffrey works at the intersection of brand, culture, and equity, helping iconic institutions like Burberry reimagine culture strategies that fuel both belonging and business growth. Most recently serving as Global Vice President of Colleague Attraction & Inclusion at Burberry, Geoffrey has also held senior leadership roles at global powerhouses including Thomson Reuters and Dr. Martens.

His values extend far beyond the boardroom. In 2014, he co-founded Rocking Ur Teens CIC, a social enterprise that equips teens - particularly those from Black, mixed-heritage, and lower socioeconomic backgrounds — with future-facing skills through nationwide conferences, workshops, and brand partnerships with organisations like NatWest, Thomson Reuters, and Kurt Geiger’s Kindness Foundation. Geoffrey also serves as Chair of the Bernie Grant Arts Centre, one of the UK’s most important spaces for Black culture and creativity.

Ibrahim Kamar (Forbes 30 Under 30) is a 29-year-old digital creative entrepreneur and co-founder of GUAP, which has grown from the world’s first video magazine into a multi-platform youth media powerhouse, covering all aspects of creativity and culture. Today, GUAP spans print and online publishing, events, a podcast studio, and a youth creative agency — producing some of the most prolific cultural moments of recent years. In 2023, it was named one of the best places to work by The Dots.

An award-winning entrepreneur, speaker, and investor, Ibrahim has been honoured as a “Digital Pioneer” by the Mayor of London for his leadership in digital media, recognised as one of the top 100 most influential BAME leaders in UK tech by the Financial Times, and delivered a TEDx talk on “How to Take Control of Your Life.” Under his leadership, GUAP has partnered with global brands including Nike, Instagram, TikTok, Coca-Cola, Kurt Geiger, Adidas, Apple, Reebok, and Converse. In 2022, GUAP presented its flagship GUAP Gala — an experiential awards show and cultural highlight — at the Natural History Museum in partnership with Instagram.

This is a monthly event for all entrepreneurs.
