Following the Autumn Equinox, we arrive at a threshold moment - a natural invitation to pause, recalibrate and release what may be weighing us down, so we can move into the darker half of the year with greater lightness, clarity and joy.

JOYJourneys are deep, intimate retreats that offer more than a reset. They harness the energy of the season, the natural world and the power of community and circle to create space for meaningful shifts. Attendees have reported big shifts, transformation and healing no matter their life situation.

This Autumn Equinox, Jahz and Sama come together to guide you through a live sound activation designed to support exactly that shift - weaving voice, frequency and somatic presence into a shared journey of grounding, release and reconnection.

Expect layered soundscapes, resonant instruments and guided moments of breath and movement, held in a space designed for surrender. No previous experience is necessary - simply come ready to lie back, tune in and let the sound do the work.

This is JOYJourney at its heart: a return to the body, to rhythm, to each other and to joy as a practice, not just a feeling.
