Oana Leonte is a brand strategist and IP architect, with twenty years of experience inside some of the world's most iconic brand organizations, including Disney, Warner Bros, Nickelodeon, and PUMA. She is the founder of unmtchd., a brand strategy advisory built on a single conviction: that meaning and IP make brands last, and impossible to copy. Her work centers on helping brands and founders identify the invisible thread at the core of what they are, and making it visible, ownable, and built to last. She has spoken at major conferences across Europe and hosts The Unmtchd Podcast, now in its third season with listeners across 60 countries. She is also the author of Two Boys on a Star, a children's book written for her sons. Originally from Romania, Oana has lived and worked across Romania, Spain, and Germany. She is currently based between Nuremberg and Valencia. |
