Loui Blake is a UK-based vegan entrepreneur, angel investor, and mentor, renowned for his work in the plant-based hospitality and wellness sectors. He is the founder of Erpingham House, the UK's largest plant-based restaurant, and Kalifornia Kitchen in London. Additionally, Loui co-founded Vegan Dough Co. and serves as CEO of Miami Foods, a rapidly growing plant-based brand. His investment portfolio includes over 20 startups in the plant-based and wellness industries. In 2024, Loui began mentoring founders and CEOs, offering guidance in business development, fundraising, and brand strategy. He is also the host of the Plant Based Business Podcast, where he interviews leaders in the plant-based space. |
